This is a ten-day service Project at Escuela Meleruk, a remote indigenous BriBri school. We will deliver Care Kits and Food Bags to the Escuela Meleruk 1 & 2 families and La Carpio residents and have time for reflection, processing and sharing

- Experience the flow and movement of the land and how that supports and changes us
- Learn to give openly and from a place of equality
- Learn the lessons and integrate the experience of being in another culture
- Participate in meditations and spiritual work, if you wish

Strum Your Bliss - Women's Guitar Circle
Dust off your old guitar, or the one in your friend’s closet or the one in your brother-in-law's garage and learn to play! Learn guitar basics including chords, strumming and basic rhythm patterns. Once you have learned the basics, you can go on to learn any style you choose from rock to classical to flamenco to jazz to folk. I will break it down and give you manageable pieces to learn. Put the pieces together and you are playing!
